Web design for small & local business
Modern websites for the businesses that run your town.
The corner bakery. The family diner. The shop that's been on Main Street for thirty years.
I build clean, modern websites for local businesses that don't have one yet — or are stuck with one that hasn't changed in a decade. Easy for your customers to use, easy for you to update, and ready for online ordering from day one.

Your admin page
Your site, your prices — change them whenever you want.
Every site I build comes with a private admin page made for business owners, not programmers. No calling a developer to change a price ever again.
- ✓ Update prices yourself Raise the price of a latte at 7 a.m. and it's live by 7:01.
- ✓ Manage menu items & products Add seasonal specials, hide what's sold out, update descriptions and photos.
- ✓ Customize it your way Want the site itself changed — colors, layout, new pages? Tell me what you're picturing and I'll make it happen.
- ✓ Or just ask me Prefer not to touch it at all? Send me the change and I'll handle it for you.
How it works
Three steps from "we should really have a website" to launched.
We talk
Tell me about your business — what you sell, who your customers are, what's not working today. Plain conversation, no tech jargon.
I build, you react
You get a free mockup of your new site. We adjust it together — colors, photos, wording — until it feels like your business.
You launch & stay in control
Your site goes live with your admin access set up. I stick around for changes, updates, and anything you dream up later.
About me
Hi, I'm Langhston — and I'll be the one building your site.
Langhston Founder, Lang Webs · Pine Island, New York
I'm a proud resident of Pine Island, New York, with a strong background in IT tech support — computer and hardware troubleshooting, system maintenance, and end-user support. Years of that work taught me something simple: most people don't want to think about technology. They just want it to work.
I'm glad to be expanding those talents into engineering websites for local small businesses — the ones who don't have a site yet, and the ones whose current site is due for a much-needed upgrade. Either way you get the same approach: I handle the technical side, explain things in plain English instead of jargon, and stick around after launch when you need a change.
When you hire Lang Webs, you're not getting passed around an agency. You're working with a neighbor who answers his own email.
